Kathleen wondered down by the water. It was near the port but yet far away. She usual came down to think but this time she just came to watch the waves. Her crystal eyes glanced over the sand beneath her feet. Her shoes a way back, up the beach. She was wearing her usual etire, boys clothes. Kat wasn't really into dresses and fancy clothes. She hated them yet her grandfather showered her with all sorts of fashion. Her jewlery box was over packed with dimonds and gems. She never wore them. She didn't like them. She might when she was older but not now.
Kat kicked the sand into the air. It left behind a small dust cloud. It didn't go any higher then her knee. She took a seat down in the sand just where the waves crashed against the beach. But just high enough so it wouldn't get her panst wet. Kathy glanced out at the herizon. She noticed something floating just on the line. It was sort of black with a large white sail. A boat. She wonder if it was her Uncle's boat. Jack Sparrow usually came to Port Royal six times a month. But he had already been this month. She wondered if something was wrong. That was when she noticed that it was her Uncle's boat.
Kat stood up and dusted off her clothes. She glanced over at the docks. Nobody else seemed to notice it. She turned back out to the herizon. It was gone. Kathleen looked puzzled. Very puzzled indeed. A small breeze came through. Her hair flew into her crystal eyes. What was it that she saw? Was it her imagination?
No it couldn't be her imagination. It was to real. She knew she heard her name. Kat then began to think it could have been her father but he was at the shop. It couldn't be. Mr. Turner would never leave early from work unless it was for something important. She slowly glaced around again. Then back out to the herizon. Nothing. The boat wasn't there anymore just as before. Kathleen knew this was going to bother her for a while. She slowly fell back into the sand then laied down. Her hazelnut brown hair scattering everywhere.
